Miosono is an acoustic monitoring tool designed for:

Entertainment and curiosity about sleep sounds
Educational purposes to learn about sleep patterns
Personal wellness and self-awareness

The App is NOT intended for:

Medical diagnosis or treatment
Detection of sleep disorders (e.g., sleep apnea)
Replacement of professional medical advice
Clinical or therapeutic use

3. Data Accuracy

While Miosono uses AI-powered sound detection, we make no guarantees about the accuracy of:

Sound event classification (snoring, talking, etc.)
Sleep quality scores or statistics
Event timestamps or durations

The App provides estimates based on audio processing algorithms. Results should be interpreted as approximations, not definitive measurements.

4. Privacy & Data Processing

Miosono prioritizes user privacy through local (on-device) processing:

Audio Collection: Sound processing occurs entirely on your device
Storage: No raw audio files are sent to external servers without your explicit consent
Crash Reports: Error reports are stored locally and sending them is optional

Accuracy: No guarantee that AI algorithms will identify 100% of sound events correctly
Device Usage: The developer is not responsible for device heating, battery consumption, or storage usage resulting from overnight recording
Data Loss: While we strive for reliability, we are not responsible for any loss of recordings or data
Health Outcomes: The developer is not liable for any health-related decisions made based on App data

Miosono and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party technologies:

TensorFlow Lite for on-device machine learning
FFmpeg for audio processing
React Native and Expo frameworks

These services are used in accordance with their respective licenses and terms.

9. Modifications to the App
